Charles M. Davis, R/W - RAC - Principal
Charles M. Davis is a Partner in Sendero Acquisitions LP, located in Abilene, Texas. Mr. Davis joined the company in 2006, and is responsible for general corporate administration including planning, establishing policies and procedures, contract negotiations and administration, project management liaison, time and cost estimates, proposal preparation, and developing staffing, scheduling, and organization plans. Work is performed in conformance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, state, and federal guidelines.
Mr. Davis has more than 30 years’ experience in the right of way industry, and has provided right of way consulting services for numerous public and private utilities, railroads, pipeline companies, departments of transportation, and municipalities throughout the United States. He has acquired rights of way, prepared relocation studies and cost estimates, worked with displaces, reviewed replacement housing payments, and internally audited projects to assure accuracy and compliance. He has provided consulting services to departments of transportation in Montana, Virginia, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
Mr. Davis managed the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s Interstate 40 realignment project, which involved the acquisition of 164 parcels and the relocation of more than 100 residential and commercial displacees in an area south of downtown Oklahoma City.
Mr. Davis also managed the Katy Freeway Expansion Project in Houston, Texas, a project that involved the acquisition of 264 parcels and relocation of more than 800 residential, commercial, and personal property displacees.
