appraisals
involving
both

and
easement
acquisitions
including
highways,
pipelines,
electric
transmission
lines,
conservation
easements,
and
public
utility
easements. Mr.
Reece

real
estate

functions including
sales research,
property inspections,
report writing,
market
studies and
impact
studies.
Mr. Reece’s diverse
background has
included appraisal

and

properties.
